What we collect

Anonymous device identifiers and app usage state.
Product context, target customer choices, selected objections, and practice preferences.
Call audio, transcripts, AI feedback labels, and scorecards.
Subscription status and entitlement data from RevenueCat and the App Store.

How we use data

To create realistic AI customer scenarios and run voice roleplays.
To generate transcripts, coaching summaries, skill scores, and recommended drills.
To enforce free call and monthly minute limits.
To provide support, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Your choices

Microphone access is requested only when starting a call.
You can request deletion of call history and business profile data.
We do not sell user data.
We do not train public models on user calls unless explicitly disclosed and accepted.
